Everything you need to know
Why you'll love our faux flower arrangements
Enduringly stylish and unbelievably realistic, our beautiful artificial floral arrangements make the perfect addition to every home. Designed to last up to 50 times longer than real flowers, our faux arrangements are a cost-effective alternative to shop bought bouquets. No more stagnant water or wilting blooms!
Every one of our flower arrangements is created using the most premium artificial stems and hand-tied by our very own florist, making them truly unique.
And whilst some natural flower varieties can be toxic if consumed or touched, cause allergies and even leave unsightly stains on clothing, our fauxs offer a great alternative. Now you can enjoy the beauty of lilies, hydrangeas, and various other plants without any of the worry!
Will the flowers arrive in a vase or decorated container?
Our flower arrangements including bouquets and bunches arrive without a vase. You can purchase one alongside your order or use an existing vase you already own.
Some other stunning arrangements like our blume orchid arrive as pictured in a Scandi style cement planter, and our agapanthus is pre-potted in decorative soil. Other small flowering plants will arrive in a standard starter pot ready to be potted into something more decorative.
Caring for fake flower arrangements
The joy of faux is the lack of maintenance, right? Our floral arrangements are hassle free and are designed to last, but there’s still a few things you can do to help them look as fresh as possible for years to come.
Limit their outdoor use: These beauties aren’t designed for outdoor use, but occasionally putting them on an outdoor table to dress it for outdoor eating or parties won’t hurt. We do not recommend leaving them on windowsills for too long as they may discolour over time.
Keep them clean: Dust and dirt is the enemy of real and fake plants alike. Keep your fauxs clean with a damp cloth or wet wipe. For more intricate designs such as our bouquets, take them outside and give them a blast with compressed air to blow the dust away.
How long will artificial flower arrangements last?
Artificial flower arrangements are designed to last for as long as you love them. That’s right. If cared for, they’ll sit happily in your home for years to come.
If you want to switch things up, you can always pop them in a box, store them and pop something else in their place for a while too, or, if you are finished with them donate them to charity or sell them on via a reselling platform.
How to cut bouquets to size
Each stem in your bouquet has an internal wire which is coated in plastic. Depending on the stem, this wire can be fairly lightweight or pretty thick. Thicker wires can be slightly harder to cut.
1. Measure the height of your vase.
2. Take the vase measurement and measure from the bottom of the flowers and foliage area towards the bottom of the stem.
3. Mark the measurement and cut any remaining stem off.
4. If in doubt, leave the stems a little longer. You can always trim them again.
To cut the stems, we recommend using strong wire cutters. If you don't have any of these to hand, use pliers or scissors to score the plastic. Then bend them one way, then the other, which will weaken the wire to the point it breaks cleanly.
